Last night marked the debut of our little Music, Magic, and a Movie program at the Bal Theatre in San Leandro, and I must say that I feel that this is one of the greatest values in Bay Area entertainment right now. There is so much packed into this night; there is really something for everyone.
My set was filled with some of my “greatest hits” material, I suppose you could say. This is a new audience for my magic, so I introduced myself with my rope routine (based on Richard Sander’s Fiber Optics, for the magicians out there), and thrilled the crowd with other fan favorites such as my burnt $20 bill routine called “Dangerous” and performed my famous Cups and Balls finale.
As I explained to the audience last night, the show will change throughout the two months I’m booked to perform at the Bal Theatre. I’m looking to trade out two or three pieces every night to keep the show fresh.
Again, you can witness Music, Magic, and a Movie every Saturday night starting at 7:30 PM at the Bal Theatre. Admission is only $10 dollars for well over two hours of top notch entertainment. Calendar and tickets are available at The Bal Theatre Website.
